Elevates' People Operations team is expanding to meet the growing needs of a rapidly expanding business and is currently looking for a Global Payroll Specialist to join our global People Operations team.
As a Global Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in managing payroll, benefits and compliance globally. You will collaborate with our external payroll partners and the internal finance team to ensure smooth payroll processing.
You will also lead our efforts in figuring out compliance requirements as we expand into more territories globally.

Specifically, you will
Manage payroll, benefits and compliance
Collaborate closely with our external payroll providers and the internal finance team to ensure smooth functioning of payroll
Figure out compliance requirements as we expand into more territories globally. Provide comprehensive solutions to all payroll related queries from our globally.
Establish and improve process related to payroll processing.

Minimum 4 years payroll management experience (preferrably Asia region).
Previous experience working with compliance rules and regulations.
Superb communication and client service skills.
Detailed understanding of the use of technology to support surveillance.
Familiarity with corporate environments especially within financial services.
Ideally, some experience working in a global firm and / or experience in eCommunications, within an organization.
