Position Description :

Manage the MBG mobile phone business for Lenovo and Motorola brand inPhilippines.

Channel structure planning and defining of strategy development

  • Set quarterly channel expansion goals
  • T1 / T2 channel mapping and expansion
  • Close association with PCSD team
  • Sales cadence planning / driving / tracking
  • Customer Development Fund budget planning / managing
  • Alignment with channel partners direction and strategy & coordinates theinvolvement of company personnel, including support, service, and managementresources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’expectations
  • Deep analysis in identifying business opportunities, generating andcoordinating solutions with other functions and teams
  • Plans and facilitates and / or conducts complex negotiations for key customers
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectivesin assigned partner accounts.
  • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutualperformance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associatedwith a productive partner relationship.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoingbasis.
  • Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels byfostering excellent communication internally and externally, and throughstrict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
  • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
  • Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
  • Position Requirements :

    Mobile sales background with good 8+ years and above experience.

    Knowledge and skills of channel management

    Preferably a degree holder in Marketing or Business Administration (willconsider diploma holders with relevant experience)

    Outgoing, independent and self motivated

    Able to work in fast paced and dynamic environment

    Good interpersonal and presentation skills

    Strong written and communication skills

    Travelling expected
