Job Description

  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Must have attention to details to manage each client requirement
  • Must be able to speak in English clearly and concisely
  • Experience in handling Australian accounts is highly preferred
  • General desktop issues, inbound and outbound calls to customers
  • Background work on proactive issues on our tools
  • Remote support for clients issues
  • Configuring customer devices, install software, etc.
  • Experienced in Microsoft products (Outlook, Office 365, etc.)
  • Requirements

  • Preferably a graduate of Information Technology or related course
  • Have at least 6 months relevant experienced
  • Must have customer service experience
  • Willing to work AU Time Zone
