Betterrequires process discipline and simplification
We’llbe looking to you to lead and direct a team of Workforce schedulers. You willbe responsible for ensuring consistent processes across Global Operations, andliaison with technology support teams.
You will have a strong understanding ofWFM software, and the requirements for scheduling a large workforce. You’ll supporta global organization which includes maintenance and evolution of processes formonitoring service delivery, engaging contingency and disaster recovery plans,running technical outage bridges and other activities needed to delivercustomer service level and you will manage the care admin team, who facilitateCSR access and logins
Forsuch a detail-driven role, you will have obtained your bachelor’s degree with atleast 3+ years of operational process management.
You will be proficient in lean managementand / or agile and demonstrate the ability to drive results. You’ll have strong problem-solvingskills and a proven ability to work cross functionally.
