Job Description :

  • Must have completed a college degree, preferably, with emphasis in a relevant HR discipline
  • Must have at least 2 years HR experience in various facets of HR
  • Must be knowledgeable on business process, role and requirements
  • Must have the ability to provide advice on solutions to simple problems.
  • Must be able to work independently, to establish and implement policies / programs
  • Must have the ability to implement change management and organizational development strategies in support of business strategies
  • Must be knowledgeable on the legal environment for employee relations and knowledgeable on discipline management
  • Must have strong business acumen
  • Must have in-depth level of oral and written communication, facilitation, consulting, diagnostic and coaching skills
  • Must have basic project management skills
  • Must have strong customer service orientation
  • Must have the ability to engage and influence people across levels of the organization
  • Has no disciplinary action higher than a first written warning for the past 12 months
  • Must have exceeded his / her KPIs for at least the one year
  • Must be willing to work in Bridgetowne, QC
  • Must be willing to work on night shifts
