Job Description

  • Coordinating eTIME activities between work streams
  • Configuring and testing the expected solution in the application.
  • Troubleshooting issues reported via the HRDSC, Payroll or HR community
  • Participate in the various aspects of the configuration process including requirement analysis, determining functional specifications, configuration, testing and deployment.
  • Research, document, configure and test all functional elements involving rules reports, Hyper finds and Quick Navs.
  • Responsible for day to day management of the HRSC escalation activities including managing the intake and routing of SFDC cases assigned to the HR Tech COE;
  • responsible for the timely escalation, routing and resolution of issues in accordance with the defined issue triage and resolution process

  • Develop and document testing strategies and outcomes
  • Job Qualification

  • 3-5 years of experience configuring Kronos Workforce Central Timekeeper and / or ADP eTIME including : Labor Levels Kronos Accruals Kronos WIM Interface Tool Developing reports Modifying and / or creating Hyper finds and Quick Navs
  • Strong HR technology and HR process experience and expertise
  • SQL and / or other query tools
  • Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Strong issue resolution and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Strong HR functional expertise and operations acumen
  • Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, influencing and cross-functional teamwork skills
  • Excellent communication, writing and facilitation skills
