Duties and Responsibilities Ensures that Cebu Pacific's Mission and Vision are achieved through the attainment of approved Department objectives.

Ensures that all support services needed by all stations are met and complied with including budget availment and asset monitoring.

Collates and analyzes the budget proposals submitted yearly by Area Managers for discussion and review with Director prior to submission to Sr.

Adviser, Ground Operations. Collates and analyzes the quarterly cost review of Airport Services, International for discussion and review with Director prior to submission to Sr.

Adviser, Ground Operations. Conducts research, compiles data and prepares papers for considerations and presentations. Ensures proper and prompt dissemination of memos and updates from Director’s office down to station levels.

Gives regular updates to Director Airport Services, International through collation of reports from Area Managers regarding challenges / highlights encountered by International Outstations.

Coordinates with internal departments regarding physical and operational support-related concerns, including staff travel, of the department from time to time or as the need arises.

Performs the role of brand administrator by ensuring comprehensive corporate branding across all stations. Provides assistance to the Area Managers as the need arises.

Maintains the appointment calendar for the Director Airport Services, International and appraises the Director of his / her scheduled commitments.

Perform other task may be assigned by the Director Airport Services, International. Qualifications Graduate of any 4year course.

Good oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino. Excellent computer skills esp Excel and PPT. Has relevant experience for Aviation / airline contracts and payment.
