Our Client Solutions team (that’s you!) based in Makati City offices assist in this process by providing home loan application support in the submission of loans to our lender panel.

Joining a team providing loan processing, compliance and 'back of house' support to our rapidly-growing national team of Brokers, this fast-paced and varied role will see you accountable for (but not limited to) : Loan Processor

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities :

  • Prepares loan package documentation by sorting the initial documents submitted by the borrowers and brokers.
  • Ensures that updates received through the back channel messages sent by Australian brokers and lenders are maintained in the CRM.
  • Facilitates the credit check requests placed by brokers.
  • Reviews all received documents to ensure completeness and adherence with task guidelines.
  • Receives and responds to all incoming e-mails.
  • Manages pipeline to ensure that broker and lender contact is made and accounts are noted with current status.
  • Helps CS team members by answering questions or assisting them with their pre-settlement or settlement files if needed to help the overall team succeed.
  • Qualifications

  • Commerce / Finance degree or diploma (essential)
  • Australian Banking / Australian Mortgage Experience (preferred)
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
  • A high level of administrative, organisational & PC literacy skills, with proven multi-tasking & prioritisation abilities
  • A thirst for learning and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing technology environment. The Opportunity
