The Recruitment OJT / Intern is responsible in providing administrative and logistical support of company-wide recruiting efforts.
This person shall assist Recruiters with sourcing, screening, admin functions, and provide other support as needed.
Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and test administrations to applicants
Filing and maintenance of new hire employee records, and sourcing / recruitment trackers or databases
Provide needed assistance to Recruiters during job offers and on-boarding orientations to new hires
Other tasks as mandated by the Recruitment Officers / POCs
Currently enrolled and must be able to provide School Recommendations
Good English communication skills, with keen attention to detail, can work efficiently under pressure and with minimum supervision
Must have good computer navigation and Microsoft Office Excel skills
Good listener, obedient and respectful, with good attendance record
Work Environment :
Passionate in doing either Sourcing Marketing or HR / Recruitment
Must be willing to work either Morning or Mid Shift
Willing to work in Negros First CyberCentre, Bacolod City
