We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Learning & Development Facilitator to help build and deliver training programs to our people. These programs will be designed to help our people cultivate their skills, technical knowledge and build the culture in our Organization.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Learning & Development Facilitator will provide a complete training experience, sharing not only their expertise but guidance, compassion and leadership in ways that motivate others. This role is fast paced and diverse. The Learning & Development Facilitator will be expected to be involved in the design, delivery, assessment and evaluation of learning content. Great organisational skills, flexibility and a positive attitude are paramount to being successful in this role.
In collaboration with the Manager - Learning & Development consult with managers and team leaders to identify priority of learning needs
You'll deliver engaging, contextualised and memorable training in a variety of ways, including F2F training, online modules, videos, webinars, facilitated & practical workshops to both small and large groups for all systems, processes and soft skill requirements including induction.
Act as a coach/mentor to new employees through the induction process to ensure successful transition into the workplace.
Regularly audit and modify F2F learning material to ensure currency,
In collaboration with L&D Manager/Instructional Designers, contribute to the design of responsive training resources to meet business learning needs
Provide regular feedback to Manager - Learning & Development and managers / team leaders on participation of staff in training, identifying and communicating any issues to be addressed
Ensure all administrative records like attendance, assessment results, observations and evaluations are recorded in the Learning Management System.
Conduct assessments, track results and report finding to
Conduct online evaluation surveys via the Learning Management system for all training that is delivered and provided training evaluation reports which are to be discussed with the Manager, Learning and development for continuous improvement of learning and development materials and delivery methods
Schedule and promote upcoming courses within business and organise own training resources, training rooms, online requirements etc.
Co-Manage the L&D email in box and all training enquiries are responded to promptly.
Use L&D systems functionality to implement efficient processes to manage workload and administrative processes.
Remain up to date with trends in the retail property market
Develop collaborative working relationships with a wide variety of employees, team leaders, managers and senior leaders across all areas of the business

In addition you'll have:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with at least two years training delivery experience
Sound knowledge of adult learning principles
Experience in development, implementation and evaluation of training programs preferred
Demonstrated competence in facilitating group and individual learning
Well organized, with demonstrated ability to work independently to organize and prioritize your own work aligned to team and business need
Well-developed computer skills – MS365 suite and LMS (ideally SAP) ; including the capacity to learn new systems
Able to read people well and adapt personal style to work effectively with variety of personalities and bring out the best in all
WORKING LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Our teams are currently working from home however, this role will be based in our Makati head offices once circumstances allow. In order to be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate your home working environment is as follows:
