Job Description

We wish to inform you that the DSWD-NCR, National Household Targeting System for Poverty Reduction (NHTSPR) has a vacant Regional Field Coordinator under a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA ), SG 22 with a monthly compensation rate of Php42,652.

00.Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and which is at least very satisfactory for the last rating period (January to June 2013) :

Qualification Requirements / Competencies :

  • College degree in any social science field of study
  • Preferably with at least two (2) years of experience with the NHTO or similar project / field
  • At least two (2) years of experience in management and / or supervision
  • Can speak at least one (1) other Philippine dialect in addition to Pilipino
  • Able to work in a team set up
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to Social Protection and Development
  • Delivering Excellent Results
  • Collaborating and Networking
  • Preferably with Civil Service Eligibility
  • Main Responsibilities :

    The Regional Field Coordinator shall report directly to the Regional Deputy Project Manager and perform the following functions :

    vCoordinates and conducts fora, trainings, symposia, workshops, orientations, and other activities of similar nature relative to the implementation of the Project.

    vMaintains liaison and networking with local government units and other stakeholders.

    vPerforms other tasks and functions as may be specified by the Regional Project Manager.
