What does a Learning Experience Senior Director do? Think of yourself as the Global Strategic Leader of your department so not just anyone is qualified for this role.

As a Learning Experience Senior Director , you will act as the in-house expert in handling the product training branch of one of the biggest campaigns in TaskUs across multiple sites.

You will also manage the initiation, development, and implementation of Learning and Development department's initiatives and drive campaign specific training programs for Team Leaders and Teammates.

You will be the "Training Master" that works in tandem with Operations to create and maintain any necessary materials related to maximizing campaign task mastery and personal development.

You will pioneer all campaign-specific training needs and programs in the organization and create TL and TM development training which includes : detailed curriculum, training, and evaluation.

You will propose and publish a year-long training calendar with specific quarterly objectives. As a strategic leader, part of your scope is planning total training policies, programs, new testing tools, methods, and systems to ensure products and services meet quality standards.

What is it we’re looking for? Since this is a Senior Director role, we need someone who already has the experience in being one, if you have at least 3 - 5 years experience as a Learning Experience Director or Senior Director capacity in a call center specializing in complex product training accounts then you’re qualified!.

You should also have experience in managing the Global Diverse workforce across several different geos.

You must have an in-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-learning and coaching).

We need someone who can adapt and level any training materials to a given audience.

Excellent communication and leadership skills are expected. You should be creative, independent and motivated with the commitment to oversee projects to completion.

You must have great interpersonal skills and ability to influence others as you will oversee and establish vendor relationships and collaborate with various functional management teams across TaskUs.

You must be open to shifting schedules and willing to travel.
