  • We are looking for someone with :

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Information Technology; with experience in Application Management and Support in the Financial Services Industries
  • Background on managing 1-2 simultaneous project from project initiation to closure
  • Experience in the various methodologies of PM work
  • Ability to design a project charter with strong business case presentation
  • Experience in any of the following technical skills : Systems / Applications Development or SupportEnvironment Management and Release DeploymentSecurity Risk Management OperationsBusiness IntelligenceAutomation
  • Can build and maintain honest, ethical and fair relationships with direct reports, peers, and supervisors.
  • Able to function as an organizational change agent and see beyond current situations towards enterprise-wide higher-level process and systems improvements
  • Proven interpersonal skills : ability to build relationships, engage and influence others, work with a diverse internal and international customer base.
  • Flexible on shift and overtime may be required to meet business deadlines.
  • Nice to Haves :

  • Preferably with experience in process improvement and automations
  • ITIL Intermediate Certifications and Project Management methods (Agile, SAFE, Waterfall, PRINCE2) is an advantage
  • On the job you will :

  • Effectively partner with the Project Sponsor / Owner to formulate tactical and strategic plans to meet and exceed Service Level Agreements with the business unit.
  • Effectively manage daily operations on the team assigned by coordinating efforts with peers onsite and offsite.
  • Effectively works with the Scrum Master and Product Owner to manage daily operations on the team.
  • Provide support / feedback to the Product Owner with regards to execution of sprint deliverables.
  • Provides direction, instructions and guidance to team members to continuously improve both individual and team performance.
  • Ensure all team members are engaged and are effective contributors toward the team success.

  • Drive operational efficiencies and cultivate innovative mindset among team members.
  • Discuss Business Unit feedback on a real-time, daily, weekly, and monthly basis with the team. Applies best practices in coaching for quality daily.
  • Take on complex new tasks; establish, document and then transfer / train other team members to support as required
  • Work closely with the training departments to support ongoing training initiatives for the team
