Key Accountabilities : The Associate Multimedia Designer will work closely with the Global Sales and Business Development team in all areas of marketing communication, from initial concept design to implementation and execution of tools to support the marketing program. Job Purpose

  • The Associate Multimedia Designer work closely with the local and regional project team will be dedicated to the development and coordination of all marketing, advertising and promotional collateral to support the marketing program.
  • Work with the pursuit team to determine the key win themes / messages through a proposal or presentation design.
  • Provide ideas for communicating through images rather than text (infographics) and create images that identify a product or convey a message.
  • Manage and maintain all graphics related files such as images, infographics, etc. for transmittal, and production.
  • Anticipate and address challenges related to the overall proposal, presentation, development, scheduling, and production, etc. within the pursuit team.
  • Align with the marketing team and promote consistent application of the Arcadis brand standards.
  • Build relationships with other Graphic Designers in the global business to share ideas.
  • Recommend design and production times and budgets for planning purposes.
  • Create client-specific or opportunity specific sales materials that contribute to differentiating firm from competition.
  • Assist in developing templates for all types off sales documents including for bespoke Strategic Pursuits. Key AccountabilitiesResponsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to : Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to :
  • Template Development : Creating, modifying and working in documents (In Microsoft Word or PowerPoint) using features such as Headers / Footers, styles, protection, tables, columns, content controls, quick parts, bookmarks, fields, table of contents and many other features.
  • Document Formatting : Work with existing, create new or emulate layout / design from another program. Import and format copy and graphics into existing design templates
  • Develop marketing presentations and collaterals
  • Design and manage production of marketing including presentations, quarterly reports, posters, digital banners, advertisements, videos.
  • Develop artwork for all POS elements to support the Global Sales and Business Development team
  • Develop and use creative ideas and designs to showcase the Arcadis brand
  • Develop infographics for use on social media channels
  • Design / artworking for all printed material assets such as brochures, adverts, reports and presentations
  • Design / artwork for all digital assets such as social media graphics, email and web artwork and proofing
  • Develop scamps through to final design and print / output ready files
  • Create and update video content to support internal and external Marketing and Communication
  • Work with a wide range of media and using the Adobe CC
  • Think creatively and share knowledge and ideas to enable new design concepts, graphics and layouts to support regional campaigns
  • Willing to learn and use Out of the Box’ tools such as Microsoft Office Applications in conjunction with design softwareKnowledge and Experience :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts / Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising / Media or equivalent
  • Proven graphic design experience with 0-3 years’ experience
  • Adobe In-design CC, Premiere Pro and MS PowerPoint : Novice / Minimum experience
  • Adobe Photoshop CC : Intermediate / Working Experience
  • Adobe Illustrator : Intermediate / Working Experience
  • Knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro : Basic
  • Knowledge in Adobe After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder, Lightroom, Acrobat / Distiller and MS Word : Little to No experience
  • Possess creative flair, versatility, conceptual / visual ability and originality
  • Demonstrate graphic design skills with a strong portfolio across print and digital assets
  • Up to date and skilled with fundamental Graphic / Multimedia Design industry leading software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Video creation and editingKey Qualifications :
  • Ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task.
  • Positive can-do attitude and creative ability
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and respond to last minute requests and compressed production schedules
