The Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager drives the fulfillment of the organization’s growth objectives within various verticals by effectively planning, establishing, executing, and managing robust and dynamic end-to-end talent acquisition processes.

With a deep understanding of the local and international talent market, the Talent Acquisition Manager provides expert guidance to business leaders on frameworks and best practices in talent supply chain and retention within the industry, aligning these to the organization’s broader talent development agenda.

Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop, adapt, and continually evaluate sourcing and competitive hiring strategies that are aligned with talent market trends, with the aim to build and enrich an accessible and sustainable candidate pool for current and prospective hiring requirements
  • Partner with HR and Operations leaders to translate business objectives into talent acquisition strategies and set direction to maintain balance of talent supply and demand while ensuring compliance to labor and industry standards
  • Participate in preparation and execution of a hiring forecast and corresponding talent acquisition budget for the succeeding period or year, based on analysis of talent acquisition data
  • Optimize resources for cost effectiveness and control in executing recruitment projects
  • Provide consultative support to internal clients and team members with a results-focused approach for issues related to hiring needs and challenges
  • Recruitment Management

  • Drive calibration sessions and set service level agreements with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of hiring strategies to growth objectives
  • Manage stakeholder and client expectations by regularly providing hiring fulfillment updates and presenting recommendations to address hiring bottlenecks
  • Sustain and strengthen candidate pool by effectively managing linkages with external partners, academic institutions, government agencies, recruitment firms, and service providers for recruitment platforms and technologies
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process across all open roles, with a focus on compliance, inter-department coordination, and timely and transparent candidate communication to drive positive candidate experience throughout the application process
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all talent acquisition platforms, databases, dashboards, and documents such as but not limited to job offers and employment contracts
  • Provide guidance for the company’s social media presence and digital content related to hiring
  • Develop, execute and update policy and process documentation relative to talent acquisition, pre-boarding, and new hire onboarding
  • Team and Performance Management

  • Drive high performance within the talent acquisition team by developing, implementing, and evaluating individual and team recruitment metrics against business objectives (such as but not limited to productivity, efficiency, quality and timeliness metrics), and promptly execute interventions to bridge performance gaps
  • Develop individual and team capabilities through regular administrative and functional supervision, coaching, and mentoring
  • Provide learning opportunities to team members on recruitment-related skills and competencies, such as but not limited to effective candidate communication, interviewing, test administration, and recruitment reporting and analytics
  • Foster creativity and collaboration by providing opportunities for the team to plan and execute out-of-the-box and innovative recruitment projects
  • Operational Excellence and other Duties
  • Continually evaluate effectiveness of current recruitment tools and technologies in fulfilling hiring needs, and recommend improvements as needed
  • Carry out operational excellence audits and change management initiatives related to talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional
  • Publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations
  • Other related duties as may be assigned to support specific business needs
  • Bachelor’s degree in any business-related discipline, preferably with HR or talent acquisition-related professional certification
  • At least 7 years hands-on and progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the BPO industry, with a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in manager capacity
  • Proven track record of recruitment across various verticals, including volume agent-level hiring and specialized / support hiring
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to deliver short-term and long-term solutions
  • Highly analytical and strategic, with ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex recruitment and hiring issues, both independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively and credibly communicate, negotiate and influence to elicit cooperation across all levels within the organization, including executive stakeholders
  • Strong and consistent collaboration, presentation, training, and leadership skills
  • Undisputed integrity, reliability, professionalism, maturity, and sound judgment, even in uncertain situations
  • High organized and methodical; Good critical thinking, time management, prioritization skills
