Project Overview : USAID ARMM Health Capacity Building Activity in the Philippines is a five (5) year project from February 2019 to February 2023.

This project aims to support the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) to improve access to high quality Family Planning (FP), Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) and Maternal and Child Health (MCH) services.

Under this project, URC will : 1) comprehensively improve demand for health services; (2) increase the supply of high-quality appropriate care : and 3) foster an enabling environment in which the system can successfully operate Position Overview : The Data / Admin Assistant will be working closely with the provincial officer.

S / he will provide support to the aspects related to data management and assist in administrative operations. Job Description : Data Management

  • Support field level of M&E of program activities to ensure high level data, under the supervision of the provincial coordinator and leadership of the MEL Officer.
  • Responsible for compiling data for the assigned province for trainet report;
  • Assist with project’s cost share requirement for the assigned province;
  • Assist with development of monthly planning worksheet, monthly reports;
  • Administrative / Financial

  • Assist with seeking quotations for the project activities and procurement needs of the province;
  • Assist with the preparation (i.e., budgetary requirements, activity approval request, procurement processes, etc.) and on the conduct of the provincial activity specifically on the administrative / logistical aspects;
  • Responsible for the financial management of assigned province which includes petty cash handling, submission of travel expense statement from the provincial team;
  • Ensure the completeness of supporting documentation for all the above functions;
  • Any other tasks as assigned
  • Required Experience & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in management, administration, finance, or related field;
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access database, PowerPoint;
  • Knowledgeable about project data collection, monitoring and evaluation;
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative, logistics, and finance experiences;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressing deadlines; and
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
