Key Objective

As an Account Manager, you are the digital caretaker of brands within the business unit, representing M2 before the client, and spearheading key projects implemented in partnership with community managers, creatives, strategic planners, and business leads.

Expectations and Responsibilities

Client Servicing

  • Manage day-to-day interactions with clients as their main point of contact
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ business needs, and in turn propose digital solutions leveraging the company’s capabilities
  • Lead weekly status meetings and monthly reports
  • Project Management

  • Spearhead projects from client brief to final delivery, including implementation and monitoring
  • Lead an efficient and effective internal work culture, ensuring quality work and timely turnovers, aligned with client brief and informed by digital insight
  • Attend to DTI / FDA / ASC / DOLE / other government agencies for project compliance requirements
  • Ensure proper documentation of all client communications and transactions, including call reports, CEs, POs, contracts
  • Digital Excellence

  • Develop a basic understanding of principles and technical aspects of digital work : production, social platforms, media planning and buying, digital measurement, and analytics
  • Learn about market, communication, digital trends, best practices, and competitive landscape
  • Communicate basic facets of digital in layman’s terms to clients and internal team
  • Base KPIs

    Client Delight - based on quarterly client survey

    Team Appraisal - based on quarterly staff survey

    Basic Diligence - required documents and reports, attendance in meetings

    Specific KPIs are set by the individual and the immediate supervisor and measured quarterly

    Minimum Qualifications

    Key Requirements

    An Account Manager holds a bachelor’s degree in any course and has had relevant business experience whether through employment, coursework, or internships.

    Interest in digital, an appreciation for creative ideas, and a keen eye for detail are key.
