Where you fit in?
You will join the Brand and Channels Centre of Excellence team, composed of 9 experienced marketers from diverse industries based in Manila, Philippines.
You will develop global and local digital and social media strategies to attract talent for the Recruitment Pipeline and will work closely with the HR and business departments to do so.
You will also collaborate with the rest of the Employer Brand and Talent Attraction (EBTA) team both here in Manila and across the globe.

What does a year in the life look like?
As a Channels and Social Media Advisor;
You will lead the strategy and implementation of an integrated digital presence across marketing initiatives for Shell Recruitment.
You will develop and implement strategies for across the digital spectrum content, search, display, user experience, and social media to align with the organizational vision and goals and build our brand and reputation.
You will own the relationship with global job boards, media channels and partners (including LinkedIn), identifying opportunities to drive down the cost per acquisition for each channel / partner and provide recommendations to the operational business for approval and implementation.
You will be responsible for developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, utilizing a range of techniques including collaborating with the media vendor and establishing benchmarking performances to drive down costs and enhance candidate acquisition, working with local marketing teams to promote content and maximize reach and leveraging tools to capitalize on both brand engagement and increased conversion opportunities.
You will partner closely with the Global Brand & Comms team advising them on the overall content strategy, providing insights into digital best practices, serving as an SEO subject matter expert and shaping the overall content strategy to enhance effectiveness and provide differentiation.
You will keep up to date with current digital trends; research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums and enhance the overall team’s expertise in digital space.
You will also work in close collaboration with the other EBTA departments to ensure you have the right planning tools, the best insights and informative data reporting.
To achieve your goals in this role, you will need to;
Be passionate about Digital Marketing. You will implement a wide variety of recruitment marketing content and communication campaigns across media channels including;
digital platforms, websites, Social Media, Job Boards, social listening tools, CRM, Webinars and events.
Be a great storyteller. You will need to communicate the digital vision, strategy and performance clearly and effectively to all stakeholders and work strategically to embed and create a digital culture
Be data-driven. You will need to be hungry for data that helps you plan, learn and evaluate performance. You will enjoy analysing KPIs and using data to generate insights that will help you improve your strategies and apply continuous improvement.
Responsible for reporting on all digital performance, optimize effectiveness, budget and ROI of programmes and channels activities.
Be always curious. You will probe the problem to determine the true goal, join up your insights with the content team of how to best to reach the target audience across the digital channels today, to build a successful digital proposition.
Be candidate-centric. We consider the candidate as our customer. You will have a candidate first mindset in all that you do.
You will also be a champion of the candidate needs with all your stakeholders.
Build great partnerships. You will strengthen relationships with creative and media agencies, job board platforms, as well as the broader Integrated Resourcing community to deliver on shared goals.
Effectively manage day-to-day external vendors / agencies to deliver results. Accountable for the annual scope of work with marketing media and digital agencies.
Be cost conscious. You will need to ensure successful management, moderation and measurement of each platform, delivering agreed goals for the function.
