JOB PURPOSE :
The Shift Leader will oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employee, and ensure that our customers receive outstanding service.
The Shift Leader’s responsibilities include creating a shift schedule, dealing with no-shows, delegating tasks, handling cash up, and reporting any issues to the Store Leader or Area Coordinator.
JOB SPECIFICATION :
Create shift schedules for team members
Distribute all necessary tasks and duties during each shift in a fair and effective manner
Assess individual team member abilities and aptitudes, incorporate into shift duties to promote happy employees and effective workflows
Oversee all team members and ensure all duties and tasks are being performed efficiently and effectively during each shift
Manage time-off requests and unexpected no-show situations
Facilitate disciplinary action when necessary
Maintain in a work environment that encourages compliance with safety laws and employment guidelines
Set performance goals for individual team members, create reward systems and / or contests as needed
Ensure production goals are met
Participate in a weekly management meetings to discuss goals, progress, and any issues in need of resolution.
Handling customer issues and employee disputes
Graduate of any 4-year Business Course or equivalent.
At least 1 year working experience.
Work Experience in retail industry is a plus.
Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
Customer service-oriented with knowledge of basic business management processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be analytical and critical thinkers
Must have entrepreneurial skills
Ability to manage people.
Can work in shifting schedule, weekends and holiday.
Trustworthy, Reliable with work ethics and high integrity.
