    The Role

  • Works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment and operations are meeting program requirements
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for internal / external partners, to address and resolve any program-specific inquiries.
  • Communicates program updates (including competitive intelligence and strategic insight) on an ongoing basis
  • Generates and utilizes PSP data and analytical techniques to identify efficiencies, trends, and areas of opportunity for continuous improvement of patient support programs.
  • Provide data and information to internal stakeholders to help support better decisions and strategy building.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams and service provider to actively monitor the execution of PSPs focusing on operational excellence through the use of Issue Management mechanisms (IPDs), Change Requests, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), satisfaction metrics and other feedback mechanisms to ensure overall operational excellence.
  • Performs and supports regular program audits and quality assurance reviews to ensure KPI's and expectations from the service provider / vendor are met.
  • Demonstrate the Roche values of Integrity, Courage, and Passion while carrying out job responsibilities and accountabilities and comply with the Roche Code of Conduct and all Healthcare Compliance policies and regulations in all interactions and situations.
