The Trade Marketing Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing the trade marketing strategies of the Brand to achieve defined business objectives (KPIs) and responsible for ensuring the proper development, execution and benchmarking of all programs designed while focusing on distribution, display, promotion, and price to increase brand visibility.
Develop and recommend promotional programs aligned with the brand strategy while focusing on distribution, display, promotion, and price.
Coordinates regularly with Category Management or Brand team on matters pertaining to the execution of planograms, promotion, merchandising, trade communication, and other special projects.
Ensures effective execution of trade / consumer promotions including pricing, sales estimates, operations liaison at Point of Sales development.
Collect and analyze best practices for profitable Trade Marketing activities.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets.
Conduct order assessment, in accordance with agreed inventory levels, to determine the amount of orders to be placed from and for existing principals.
Conduct trade checks for the pulse of the market.
