PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES : (Include but not limited to : )
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual bonus calculations, converting raw data into required payments for submission to payroll via MS Excel models and / or other relevant systems
Perform the issuing of bonus advices to relevant staff for the above calculations
Assist with the modelling of current & future bonus plans and assess financial implications in line with set targets
Ongoing and proactive communication with a range of stakeholders across all hierarchy levels in multiple countries to explain calculation models, address ad hoc queries with confidence, clarify while maintaining confidentiality
Understand and monitor KPI's and underlying data and support the ongoing improvement of pay plans
Perform the calculation of month end accruals, prepare and review relevant journals for month end reporting
Support the Budget and Forecast process
Provide modelling and analytical support to the Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) team
Produce regular and ad hoc reports, including key KPI's, variance analysis
Work with the business to develop innovative solutions to problems & suggest new ways of reporting, analysis and improving business processes

KEY POSITION CRITERIA :
Accounting or Finance related degree ideally with CPA / CA or equivalent qualification
5 years plus work experience in the field of Compensation Analysis, Business Analysis and / or Management Accounting
Excellent command of English, both oral and written. Key to this role will be the ability to read and interpret pay plans and translate these into a working model
Meticulous attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and self-review
Advanced Excel skills including modeling
Excellent organizational and time management skills including the ability to meet strict deadlines
Strong analytical mindset
Team player with the ability to work autonomously
Experience working with business intelligence reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) is highly regarded
