Circles.Life, is looking for an Order Management Associate . The selected candidate will be responsible for internal operations and coordination with external parties for procurement and distribution.
As a fast growing company, Circles.Life is looking for an individual who possess energy, drive, and strong attention to details.
Your responsibilities include :
Order management : Documents ApprovalMonitoring orders to ensure processing and deliveryManage coordination with our logistics partnersManage order fulfillment including credit checks
Customer Service : Respond to queries regarding order management or delivery issues / status / amendments.Work closely with customer service team to provide level 2 support in resolving customer’s issues
Internal Operations : Internal reporting and KPI managementCoordinating with other teams such as testing, customer service, marketing etc.
Procurement : Manage outsourced runners to deliver SIM replacement cards to customersDispatch SIM cards to warehousing company through outsource runners

Skill and Qualifications
Ideal candidate will have experience working in an operations role for 1-3 years
Candidates with prior start-up or telecom experience are preferred
Experience in backend operations management
Good problem solving skills with an eye for details
Good work ethics, punctuality and reliability are highly valued
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
Must be keen to have fun on the job!
Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
