JOB TITLE : Mandarin Risk and Fraud Operations Manager
LOCATION : Pasig City

SALARY : P 80,000 - P 150,000

REQUIREMENT :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role; experience in iGaming and / or in sports betting companies is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Fraud & Risk Operations and fraud habits and behaviour.
Strong interpersonal skills and experience of working effectively within a small team.
Ability to work under pressure and within tight time-lines. Excellent time management and prioritisation of work tasks.
DUTIES :
Oversee the Fraud & Risk Team' daily operations.
Provide day-to-day guidance and training; assist the team in resolving process related issues.
Conduct in internal investigation by conducting data analysis
Identify potential fraud and misconducts and present the evidence for reporting.
Improve overall efficiency of the process and individual performance within the team.
Manage staff including performance reviews time and attendance, workflow management and employee relations.
Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures as needed.
Prepare integrated logistics plans, policies and procedures for maintenance support
Conduct analysis of maintenance capabilities and requirements and make appropriate recommendations
Perform other related duties as assigned.
