Responsible for supporting the Client Service Delivery Group team in Manila as well as Client Reporting as a whole. The person will also work very closely with Relationship Managers and CSDM's.
The successful candidate should utilise their knowledge of the business and clients to support the team in delivering satisfaction to our Clients by supporting various projects (e.
g. projects arising from regulations which impact our clients, market engagement projects), cross sell initiatives, market management activities as well as assist with general commercial tasks and administrative duties relating to the team.
Work closely with members of the team to ensure smooth service delivery of key priority projects.
Co-ordinate projects relating to the team including those arising from regulatory, operational changes and efficiency requirements.
Ensures completion of other ad hoc planning and tasks relating to client and team activities, such as relationship plans etc
Coordination / Analysis
Collation of relevant periodic reports as part of the MIS process required by the team.
Analysis and reporting of team activity including for example eRM reports, Aged Debtor analysis and follow up, Client and Industry Surveys, Profitability Analysis.
Review Data and make recommendations based on Analysis.
Support team developments initiatives including for example, team training, mandatory training etc.
Assist in delivering more efficient work practices to the team including for example maintaining and monitoring retention of relevant electronic client files.
Sharepoint maintenance and oversight.
Other activities assigned by team management which may be required from time-to-time or on an on-going basis.
Assist in monitoring required team activities including for example required regulatory training by team members, maintain team training schedule etc.
The ideal candidate will have several years work experience in financial services - preferably in trust or asset services
