This role will provide comprehensive and strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leaders across Citigroup Business Process Solutions (CBPS) -
Philippines in partnership with other HR colleagues and specialists.
The CBPS HR Advisor will be a strategic partner for our senior business leaders and focus on building managerial and organizational capability.
This role works to champion high performance in the organization focusing on the selection and development of talent. In addition, it collaborates with colleagues in the function and other disciplines of HR to drive change, innovation, productivity and a strong working culture.
At the same time, the role will collaborate to create an optimal operating model and structure across their client groups.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities :
Act as a strategic business partner to CBPS Management Teams / Senior leader and help identify key talent / HR issues / Challenges with short to long-
range impact to the business and help evolve country HR and talent priorities
Ensure global and regional alignment on the country talent priorities. Accountable for ensuring local requirements are communicated to global and regional partners
Partner with HRPS, HR Specialists and HRSS colleagues to deliver HR solutions that contribute and enable the business objectives in the marketplace and meet regulatory demands
Leverage HR analytics to drive and bring insight to decision making.
Coach business leaders to ensure best people outcomes across their businesses
Responsible for strengthening senior leadership effectiveness and coaching as well as development culture with the business
Focus on building organizational and managerial capability for leaders as a critical member of their Management Teams
Ensure a deep talent pipeline and strong succession for senior roles.
Strengthen VOE results by partnering with clients to drive initiatives for change
Lead complex and high risk employee relations issues with the relevant partners and ensure key global and regional stakeholders are informed and involved when required
Lead, manage and develop HR professionals being managed directly, ensuring direction, capacity and capability to successfully deliver excellent client service
Drive HR capability by partnering with members of the extended HR team (including HR Generalist in the professional services team) to engage, develop and implement new and / or improved programs and processes
Qualifications / Experience
Bachelors in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or related field or Masters / MBA
12+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner / Advisor or progressively responsible experience in Human Resources with exposure to and demonstrated competence in diverse functional areas

Experience in partnering with senior leaders in the development and implementation of HR / talent strategies
