You will be responsible for :
Facilitating and initializing employee payroll by checking the uploaded employee timecard, attendance and leave applications using the E-payroll program for accurate payroll processing.
Facilitating forwarded billing of the partner outsourcing manpower agencies by checking the payroll details, attachments and computation discrepancies prior to submit with the accounting department.
Facilitating clearance including checking of accountabilities and preparation of final pays
Facilitating and monitoring of government remittances by processing and preparing request in coordination with the Accounting for the payments and reports
Processing of government benefits and in-house employee benefits
Graduate of B.S. in Psychology or any related course
With at least 1-year HR work experience is an advantage but not required
Familiar with all facets of HR especially in Compensation & Benefits
Good interpersonal and communication skills
High degree of clerical skills
Organize, highly analytical and detailed oriented
Willing to have Saturday duties
May start work immediately
