Lead generation and processing of candidates through resume / phone screening, and scheduling.
Collaborate with Recruiters and determine position prerequisites.
Data Management, proper candidate feedback and dispositioning of leads in all sourcing channels.
Identify / initiate sourcing strategies to help the hiring requirements
Conduct market intelligence to understand hiring landscape variations and updates.
Conducts Reference Check for both agent and non-agent applicants
Ensures that required number of processed applicants is met on daily basis
Ensures that all vacant positions are posted on job posting sources
Plans, implements and evaluates sourcing initiatives
Represents the company during sourcing events
Updating and sending of sourcing report.
Conducts Preliminary Interview online.
Performs other tasks assigned
Job Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in BS / AB Psychology / HRM, required
Internship experience in HR / Recruitment, BPO setting is preferred
Must be reliable, detail oriented and confident in dealing with different people
Must have a strong personality
