POSITION TITLE : Global Leadership Development Manager Delivery
REPORTS TO : Global Leadership Development Sr. Manager Delivery
The Global Leadership Development Manager is responsible for implementing and driving successful training program delivery through leading and managing a team of leadership development Sr.
Trainers. This position actively and effectively models engagement with both Learning & Leadership Development counterparts and operational partners through effective communication skills.
During the management of global training initiatives, the GLD Manager continually conducts needs analysis through the assessment of current training programs and provides feedback to assist in the development of a comprehensive training delivery strategy.
The GLD Manager provides consultancy for operational partners through the implementation of Training Needs Analysis techniques, development of content, execution and post-implementation measurement of initiatives.
A strong developmental capability is necessary for GLD team development through the creation and management of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for direct reports.
The IDPs will encompass global objectives, tasks and outcomes for training. This position also requires a comprehensive understanding of adult learning principles to ensure the application of effective training through observation sessions with both direct reports and assigned program Sr. Trainers in the field.
The position has assigned tasks which encompass the following components :

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Task / Accountability (Monthly Allocation)
Facilitation of Leadership Training for Managers : Manager 101, Manager 201, Performance Management, Management Essentials, etc.
Observes, develops and manages execution of global initiatives related to Leadership Development such as internal GLD Calibrations & Coaching Evolution Calibrations.
Conducts & documents one-on-ones with direct reports, and performance management related activities (performance reviews, coaching, action plans).
Monitors and supports operational engagement activities
Meets with program owners to cultivate & build relationships
Performs operational needs assessments
Develops ad-hoc leadership development initiatives
Follows through the execution of initiatives
Performance post-implementation measurements
Markets initiatives for larger scalability
Conducts GLD Sr. Trainer observation sessions and provides feedback for internal team members and program assigned training partners
GLD program activities related to training delivery ramp / completion plans
Partnering with operations for maintenance activities, providing updates and schedule escalations if needed
As needed
Other ad hoc tasks assigned by GLD leadership
Supports GLD development cycle through needs analysis, material development
