This role will ensure timely dispatch of inbound and outbound packages in accordance to the BOP and timeline agreed with clients.
He / She will also prepare and submit daily report per account for account management and daily operations report. Responsibilities :
Chek for daily manpower attendance and plan the work for the day based on the actual picked-up packages
Check daily transmittal slips and ensure that details are accurately filled in and file for future reference
Check daily supply inventory to ensure we have enough to use for the outbound
Focus on the daily activities of dispatching and ensure that there are no left behinds per pick-up day
Ensure that productivity and performance of agency personnel are in line with the agreed numbers
Assist shift supervisors in preparation of reports for the account management and operations
Check for and validate manpower attendance based on time-in, time-out, and filed overtime (if any)
Confer with Supervisor to address questions, problems, and requests of clients
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
At least high school graduate with experience in logistics and transport business
Flexible and adaptable to stressful environment
Process and Result oriented. Proven track record in logistics and transport management
Computer Literate and comprehensive knowledge / skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point and Excess) needed
