Scope of Work
To support the training development mission through development, pilot testing, and on-going improvement of courses material to support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for Services, including :
Analyzing system functionality and designing courses that use hands-on activities and are highly interactive.
Creating instructor led course materials, instructor guides, and end user learning assessments.
Utilizing a blended learning approach that may include instructor led training (virtual and in person).
A Bachelor’s degree is required; at least 3 years of experience in Instructional Design or a related discipline is preferred.
Ability to analyze a system and identify key concepts and processes.
Ability to set clear learning objectives and design an effective course to help end users demonstrate their competency in meeting the objectives.
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (coaching, mentoring, on-the-job training, simulations, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A successful, flexible, and resourceful problem solver, able to tackle with any kind of setback or obstacle.
Ability to plan and manage time and priorities effectively.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information from various sources.
Strong understanding of cross-cultural impacts to training material developed for a global audience.
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Roles and Responsibilities
Be an effectual learning project manager, able to develop the right instructional strategy and the appropriate structure, with pre-
class activities, presentations, practice problems / scenarios, assessments, and evaluations.
Work with subject matter experts to learn business and system processes in order to develop end user training materials.
Develops instructor led courses (virtual and in-seat) by collaborating with appropriate subject matter experts and the IT Organizational Change Management Team, supervising and developing instructional modules for end users.
Create effective and fair assessment methods that foster the learners’ development by providing opportunities to demonstrate their mastery of the learning goals.
Flexible and willing to work EMEA and NA time.
