Team Overview

Are you looking to start an exciting career in Human Resources? Then be an HR Associate with HRdirect! Serving as SAP’s first point of contact, the global HRdirect team consists of 60+ multicultural and diverse employees, processing HR queries from all SAP employees worldwide.

About the Role

This role will mainly provide HR support to SAP employees based in the Americas region.

Day to day task will include handling HR related questions via a ticketing system, email, chat and on the phone and by researching answers in our Knowledge Database.

You will ensure the Database is up-to-date by collaborating with other HR teams. Performs administrative and transactional tasks that are associated with HR processes.

Supports assigned projects.

Essential qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree, Master’s Degree is a plus
  • 3-6 years of relevant professional experience
  • Previous experience in HR not required but experience in Shared Services environment is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-starter and capable to taking initiatives and can work with minimal direction
  • Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Strongly possesses a can do attitude
  • Committed and enthusiastic team player
  • Thrives in challenging and fast-paced environment
  • Candidate must be amenable to work on a night shift schedule

  • Process improvement and project management skills
  • Experienced in leading or participating in continuous improvement initiatives
