Job Description

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing assistance and support to the Capital Markets and Investment Services of the company.

We are looking for a candidate who is willing to develop and learn competencies and skills while achieving both company and personal goal.

Support to the Project Sales Team in all the marketing activities for the project;

Will handle project inquiries and brokers accreditation process;

Handle sales documentation;

Coordinate with the Project Sales Team on all the marketing activities;

Support the Project Sales Team in the presentation of project details, pricing, payment terms and other details to prospective buyers and accredited brokers;

Facilitate the accreditation process for brokers;

Regular reporting to Project Lead;

Other duties as may prescribed by the Project Lead.

Qualifications

College graduate of any course;

Preferably with experience in sales and marketing;

Strong attention to details;

Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically Powerpoint, Excel and Word;

Customer-service oriented;

Good communication skills;

Proactive and team player;

Amendable to work at the assigned project site in Cavite on most days of the week and to report at the head office in Makati if needed.
