Job Description The SVP SSB is responsible for managing the development vision and execution of the brands and development strategy and goals.

Securing the required number of quality rooms and hotels for the brands assigned under the SSB portfolio. The role requires extensive travel, a drive for results, customer (owner / franchisee focus), cultural awareness, adaptability, drives impact and influence across the organization, leads and develops people, has strong understanding of the business, problem solving skills, adaptability, and can deal with ambiguity and is a team player.

Job Description Develop regional franchise sales plan in support of corporate development strategy and objectives. Target key markets, as directed by Chief Development Officer.

Will lead sales effort for upper scale brands. Implement and execute franchise sales policies and practices. Franchise sales lead generation.

Meet or exceed targeted goals for new franchise development. Provide recommendations for franchise sales marketing and advertising.

Respond to franchise inquiries. Build, develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective franchisees for select service brands.

Attend appropriate industry events. Support senior management in the mission, vision and values of the company. There will be other duties as assigned.

    Experienced. Required 3+ years of practical hands-on experience in hotel franchise sales, development, or operations and all aspects of franchising as well as hotel owners and submarket regions.

    Responsibilities Coaching Field Development Team to success Creation and Implementation of Annual Business Plans Support CDO and President Franchise in Strategic Planning and Budgeting Leads team.

    Sales and Marketing efforts to the hotel development community Attends key industry events and annual conferences. Provides leadership for deal approval.

    Provides and guides deals from prospecting to closing and opening. Maintains and Enhances relationships with key ownership groups and stakeholders e.

    g., AAHOA. Provides deal approval measured against qualifications requirements to ensure goal achievement. Provides Support in a 360 manner throughout the organization.

    Works on Personal and Professional Development with a Lifelong learning approach to hospitality, development, and salesmanship Sets the tone with team regarding policies and procedures.
