  • Qualifications

    Your main responsibility will be maintenance renewals of assigned customers. From the initial contact with the existing customer to the administration of the final renewal.

    You will work directly with the customer, peers, managers and other departments.

    You will work to deliver Customer Care revenue targets within Customer Care and you will also be responsible for general support inquiries and chat.

    You will work nightshift - partly remote - partly from our Makati office
