Acquires new-to-bank clients for Citigold, the wealth management arm of Citibank
Provides advice and product information to customers, outlining features and benefits
Helps the customer understand which product or investment would best suit their needs, offering alternatives as appropriate
Identifies cross- selling opportunities and refers leads to appropriate channels for follow-up
Engages the support of specialists to provide technical advice to customers when necessary
Graduate of a 4-year course
At least 2 years of sales experience gained from any industry
Drive to hit and exceed targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
