IT Operations Monitoring Lead

The DFSC Operations Team Leader (TL) main objective is for the team to achieve zero "0" human error by analyzing the gaps and continuously looking for opportunities for improvement.

Providing team guidance through brownbag sessions is also one of its key roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend country banner meeting including daily, weekly, monthly and other collaboration discussions.
  • Conducts meeting whenever necessary to achieve any improvement initiatives.
  • Come-up with an improvement initiative list and have it used as the road map in achieving the goal.
  • Update and maintain job sheet, procedures and other related documents used by the team members. These also includes escalation references provided by the different teams.
  • Ensure that updated job sheet and procedures are being used by the team members.
  • Conducts regular brownbag sessions and team engagement activities.
  • Performs other tasks assigned by the Team Manager.

    • Education :

  • Graduate of any IT related course.

    • Experience :

  • Has an outstanding performance for the past 3 years.
  • Has at least 3 years working experience in the similar field.
  • Having a people handling skill is an advantage

    • Skills :

  • Can work well with others.
  • Has high attention to detail.
  • Can maintain focus in providing effective performance even under pressure.
  • Can work independently with minimal direction.
  • Can adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can work with management team.
  • Must be able show initiative and flexibility to tackle tasks.
  • Must possess strong analytical skills and proven technical skills.
  • Must have strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Must have a good sense of ownership and commitment towards work.
  • Must be able to adhere to standards & procedures and maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be able to gather information systematically to establish facts & documentations.
  • Must have the determination to get things done. Make things happen and constantly looking for better ways of doing things.
