Position : Korean Client Support Associate

  • Native or Non- Native Korean
  • Fluent in Korean and English
  • Open to undergraduate, associate or Bachelor's degree
  • Customer Service Background experience is a plus but not required
  • Willing to work in Davao City
  • Responsibilities :

  • Provide quality service across email, chat and calls
  • Coordinate with other departments for the improvement of communication programs
  • Maintain the customer account updated
  • Ensure that all concerns are addressed and meet the customer’s satisfaction
  • Handle inquiries of customers via email, chat, or phone
  • Assist and solve customer inquiries in a group and carry out follow-ups to ensure that concerns are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Documenting and leveraging important customer information across departments and accounts use of outbound calls
  • May coordinate and communicate with relevant departments by utilizing phone & specific communication programs.
