The successful candidate will work from our Philippines location, but will support HR policies / practice / process related to both Canada and the US.

The HR Administrator will act as the first point of contact to employees and external partners for all HR related queries.

  • They will support the HR Team will all administrative functions such as employee queries; onboarding; ticket system and HR system tasks;
  • reporting; employee correspondence.

  • Administer various Company programs, policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Maintain the Company's Human Resources Information System on a daily basis (Workday)
  • Manage HR service desk ticketing system
  • Provide information upon client Request for any HR related items
  • Conduct / Facilitate Background, Criminal, Credit, and Alltrac Checks, where applicable
  • Minor disciplinary case management
  • Provide required documentation for internal and external audits both company and client specific
  • Preparation of HR related documents for employee requests and legal documentation / amendments.
  • Maintain regular HR reporting and follow through on pending business process
  • Facilitates new hire orientation
  • Employee on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Assist on company initiated engagement activities
  • Facilitates exit interview and employee exit process
  • Assist with payroll processes (location specific)
  • Champion company core values and other company programs
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Salary :

    Monthly Basic : 18,000 to 23,000 PHP

    Rice Allowance : 1,000 PHP

    HMO : Principal


    2 Dependents Free (after 180 days from start date)

    Life Insurance :

    Up to 250,000 coverage

    Standard Leaves / Time off :

    0.4667 accrual monthly (Sick and Vacation time off) however, eligibility to use starts after 180 days from start date

    Maximum of 5 Sick time off credits per year

    Maximum of 5 Vacation time off credit on the first year, +1 every year until you reach the 5 year ceiling max of 10 vacation time off credits then

    Special Leaves :

    Anniversary Leave- eligibility is after 1 year of tenure

    Bereavement Leave- eligibility is after 1 year of tenure (up to 3 paid days for immediate family members only)

    Birthday Leave- eligibility is after 1 year of tenure
