  • Handling customer queries via all channels provided e.g. e-mails, live chat program, instant messaging programs, and phone calls.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional Customer Service quality while handling the customer enquiries.
  • Following up and complete daily tasks according to schedule plan.
  • Handling clients complaints, know well how to control emotion and responding to customers efficiently.
  • Taking necessary actions regarding customer queries during the shift, including hand over the cases to the next shift or other departments.
  • Assist marketing department with basic translation jobs.
  • Assist marketing department with marketing research and related duties.
  • Cooperating with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.

  • Japanese : Native Level (Speaking and written Japanese)
  • English : Conversational Level (Speaking and Written)
  • Candidates with work experience in online gaming / marketing, and call centers will have an advantage and may be offered a higher package.
