Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for assisting customers with various concerns through email, chat and phone call.
You will also ensure they will receive the best experience in dealing with their queries.
Manage phone calls (inbound & outbound)
Verify customer account information
Assist customers with their orders, refunds, or exchanges
Provide best in class experience to customers to promote retention
At least 1 year experience in a Customer Service role
Good English communication skills
Good Attention to detail
Flexible on work schedules
