The Assistant Business Development Manager is responsible for developing business and marketing plans in coordination with Business Development Manager and Managing Director.
He / She is also tasked to create and improve the marketing plan employed by the company by studying the current situation of the market and suggests negotiating strategies for the acquired property listings.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with Business Development Manager and Managing Director to achieve revenue goals.
Determine risks and potentials of the seller's property and know his / her needs and goals and determine whether the subject property is a mutual fit;
Draft and submit business proposals to developers or landowners
Schedule a meeting with developers or landowners to come up with a mutual agreement which will be embedded in the marketing arm agreement
Prepare and discuss weekly reports on the status of the assigned task such as solicitation, negotiation and other tasks assigned to him
Create or improve the marketing plan employed by the company by studying the current situation of the market and suggests negotiating strategies for the acquired property listings
Work collaboratively with the Brokerage department in improving sales process by suggesting new sales strategies and determining the areas in the sales process that need improvement if the needs arise
Render intense follow up on prospective and interested clients that may avail our services through emails, phone calls, meetings and other means necessary
Collaborate with research team for good listing opportunities available in the market by categories, area and property type that the company seeks to acquire
Perform strategic functions and create development pipelines for the current and future plans of the company
Resolve hard negotiation issues and other issues that might arise between landlords and buyers
Must possess at least College / Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, or any equivalent course;
With Master’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce or any equivalent course have an advantage
Must have at least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
Knowledgeable on the real estate trends and industry
