  • What You'll Be Doing

    Are you the one that everyone in family comes to when their printer orWiFi is down? Do you just seem to 'get'computers and technology?

    You'll be thedifference between a customer experience being just average or an exceptionalone. We'll train you to be a subject matterexpert in your field, so you can be confident in providing the highest level ofservice possible.

    And we trust you already have the necessary ingredient thatcan't be taught - a caring and supportive nature that will shine through as youhelp customers through some of the more difficult times in their lives.

    On a typical day, you'll

  • Consult with customers on technical support inquiries via a variety ofcommunication channels that could include voice, email or chat
  • Maintain customer accounts and information
  • Respond to customer inquiries with active listening
  • Resolve customer technical issues with patience and understanding
  • Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgradeproducts or services
  • Positively participating in company events, in team meetings, andsupport your peers
