Responsibilities :

Review and analyze the content uploaded on Social Media platforms. Take necessary actions according to terms and policies an condition of the company

Responsible in providing insights, suggestions and feedback to the reviewed content

Perform general data entry and other related tasks

Can adopt changes at very short notice

Respond to user inquiries politely

Requirements :

Highschool graduates are welcome to apply

At Least 1 year experience in Customer Service

Amenability to work in Nightshift

Amenable to relocate in Cavite

Ability to work in multiple tools / web browser windows simultaneously
