Job Description

  • Executes marketing initiatives and brand programs according to set quality and timelines
  • Conducts brand program reviews, and recommends improvements on ongoing projects and programs based on various data sources
  • Manages budget for specific marketing activities and programs
  • Manages the P&L of the assigned brand, and evaluates ROI
  • Prepares research briefs for ATL, BTL and digital activities, translates them into actionable programs, and ensures implementation to increase brand awareness and offtake
  • Provides other services necessary and relevant to the efficient and effective operations of the department
  • Required Skills

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a business-related course
  • With 2-3 years of work experience in Marketing / Brand Management / Business Development from FMCG or pharmaceutical companies
  • Must have digital marketing capabilities
  • Must have excellent communication, project management, leadership and analytical skills
