Duties & Responsibilities : Responsible in maintaining stock level and ensures availability of office / non-trade supplies and items.

Records keeping, maintenance and updating of memos, permits, licenses, contracts, business correspondence, admin forms, suppliers profile (non-

trade), supplies stock cards / log-book, employee accountability sheet and ensure availability of such when needed. Ensures overall office wellness by observing general cleanliness, orderliness and regular maintenance check-

up of all office machines / equipment, lights, fixture and facilities. Responsible of records keeping and monitoring of company assets such as equipment, devices, office furniture including monitoring of company utilities and consumption.

Source-out and create suppliers profile for purchases of non-trade supplies / items; performs purchasing functions / procedures.

Qualifications : Graduate of any four-year course preferably in Business / Office Administration, Secretarial, Management.

At least 6 months experience in same capacity performing purchasing of non-trade supplies / items, maintaining and updating records of renewal of contract, licenses and permits and building / facilities administration.

Can work with minimum supervision
