JOB SUMMARY :

The Digital Marketing Manager oversees the strategic planning, management and development of the Food Group’s digital marketing and online media channels and platforms.

This includes use of social media, e-commerce platforms, websites, apps and other relevant media.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Digital Marketing Strategist

Creating digital marketing strategies, deciding on and overseeing all digital promotion efforts in all digital platforms.

She / he needs to understand both Food Group and customer personas extremely well.

Social Media and Community Management

Manages social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that grow Food Group followers, engage and retain them, convert into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of Pilmico.

Build and manage organization’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.

Collaborate with the Brand & Communications team to create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread the Food Group’s brand and content.

Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about the company, competitors, and / or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as brand new audiences.

Ensure all customer queries are escalated, attended and responded to.

Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success.

Work alongside the Brand & Communications team to help distribute content that educates and entertains audiences and support marketing goals.

Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from the Food Group’s social network presence.

Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks and platforms to reach our target market.

Track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.

Content Marketing Management

Collaborate with the Brand & Communications team in writing content. Produce and distribute various types of downloadable content regularly, to expand the Food Group’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads.

Distribution of content to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and / or other important metrics (i.e. infographics, guides, templates, newsletters).

Grow subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content that’s aligned with their needs and interests.

Collaborate with category managers, sales, external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and the audience.

Website & Online Portals Management

Manage the organization’s websites & online portals and ensure content and information are relevant and up to date.

Analyze and report sites’ usage and statistics

Ensure all customer queries are escalated, attended and responded to.

Develop and manage on-page and off-page Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Email Marketing Management

  • Grow the Food Group’s email list organically, not through bought or rented lists.
  • Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in Food Group sends.
  • Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)
  • Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
  • Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of Food Group’s email sends.
  • Paid Marketing Management

  • Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns in various digital platforms.
  • Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep Food Group ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
  • Creative Direction

    Ensure digital marketing materials (including but not limited to : vector images, photos, videos, infographics, newsletters) are attractive, brand consistent, improve user experience to get specific results.

    Performs other related activities that may be assigned by immediate superior.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT :

    Graduate from any four-year major coursework in a field related to the job.

    WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

    7-10 years related experience in digital marketing. Digital Marketing Certifications plus Asian / regional market experience are a plus.

    CRITICAL SKILLS OR COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :

    Knowledge in branding and marketing

    Technology savvy and expertise in diverse digital marketing channels including e-commerce and customer journey tools (Marketing Cloud)

    Good copy and visual storytelling abilities

    Very good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

    Skills in creative design include Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier), demand generation, blogging.

    Highly analytical and able to use digital analytic software.

    Skill in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing

    Ability to work independently, quickly and under pressure

    Ability to work with frequent interruptions and changes in priorities

    Ability to manage different projects at the same time

    Ability to establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with product managers

    Excellent organizational skills to work independently as well as collaboratively and manage projects with many moving parts

    Presentation, facilitating and training skills can be handy in this position
