Sales Information Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for generating macro-level reports to support sales management’s business analysis and decision making.
  • Analyze primary & secondary sales for national consumer sale team (e.g. monthend sales performance based on YAGO growth or month target per region , per specialist & per channel, R3 Sales real time sales vs.
  • committed sales & etc.)

  • Utilize SAP sales systems (e.g. Business Warehouse, etc.) to generate macro-level reports that assist Sales Team in business analysis to achieve volume objectives
  • Country Key user of SAP BW Sales reporting and new product master data enrollment of ASEAN database.
  • Publish reports for both primary & secondary sales per channel, distributor, specialist, region & product category via SAP BW Reporting
  • Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) for trade promotional requirements. Closely coordinate timely submission of CRM and merchandising activities-related documents.
  • Monitor list of plans, accruals, rebates and claim status at macro-level to support sales management’s analysis and decision.
  • Compute monthly / quarterly incentive for customer development managers and team leaders based on payout scheme created by the customer development operation manager
  • Train and conduct SAP orientation and training and all sales operation requirements and for new hires.
  • Creating and monitoring Purchase Requisition for the whole sales team expenses using SAP
  • Prepare requests for cash advances, Recommendation for Personnel Action (REPA), revolving funds, transfer allowance, gas allowance, Supplies (forms and office supplies) and other field sales requirements.
  • Coordinate with accredited establishments best rates for flights (local & international), bookings, hotel reservations and other logistical requirements for field sales.

    Coordinate quotation and bill settlement with Finance and establishments / suppliers

  • Circulate minutes of the SMT meetings and documents for management approval. Handle incoming and outgoing mails of business-related documents such as Billings, Expense Reports, and other documents to concerned functions.
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or IT-related course
  • Preferably with one year of related experience
  • Knowledge of budget and expense control, distribution, merchandising, trade relations and Consumer Sales operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Preferably with experience with SAP or any other systems / software
  • Global VISA and Relocation Specifications :
