Job Responsibilities :
Identify and reinforce positive behaviours

Provide supervision to both direct and indirect reports
Complete the Customer Services Team Leader
Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.

Recruitment Process :
Bachelor’s Degree holder
1 year experience as a Team Manager in a BPO set up
Excellent communication skills
Strong coaching skills & people management skills
NPS experience preferred
Must be willing to work onsite in Pasay
