We are hiring for Customer Service Representatives to join our Back Office Financial team. Our Customer Service Representatives is an integral role in the operations at our BGC, Taguig City office.
Day-to-day responsibilities:Attends to customers' needs by answering product and service related queriesProvides product overview and information about other services and offeringssuggesting information about other products and servicesOpens customer accounts by recording account informationMaintains customer records by updating account informationResolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolutionMaintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Ideal Candidates have: Preferably 1 year BPO experience specializing in Customer Service or equivalentFinancial Account background is not required but is highly desirableGood English communication skills and is able to follow verbal and written instructionsGood Attention to details
Working Conditions:Applicants must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig CityMust be willing to work on shifting schedules (day, mid and night shift)Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays
